London Fashion Week opened 15th September 2023 with the stunning Paul Costelloe Catwalk Collection ‘IL GIARDINO’ at Lindley Hall in The Royal Horticultural Halls, London.

This collection was influenced by Paul Costelloe’s childhood summers in Ireland and the film ‘The Garden of the Finzi Continis .’

Of the Spring/Summer 2024 Collection

family are lush and heavy with blossom, the sound of
gentle sport and laughter echoes through…”

Lindley Hall encaptures the lush tranquil atmosphere of the gardens as the catwalk models gracefully glide through this spacious venue with Edwardian features and a stunning glass vaulted ceiling. Paul Costelloe’s excellence in design is evident throughout with a performance of iconic form and textile mastery.
Striped linens in sky blues are presented in
romantic dresses and
unstructured jackets, adorned with the Paul Costelloe Sports crest,
along with in-house family narrative prints, in shades of ecru, sand
and pale blues.
Pure cotton knitwear with statement V’s, are worn with high waisted,
wide leg linen trousers, in naturals and prints, whilst summer weight
jackets and swing coats in cream with gold braid trim, are paired with
cotton lace trousers.
Beautiful marble effect gossamer silks, and flower strewn garden
party dresses in complementary shades of blue, herald a time of new
beginnings.

Oversized, buttery, leather Paul Costelloe Bags, and raffia top knot
bags in natural shades, are the perfect finish to
this wearable collection.
Paul Costelloe’s long-standing jewellery collaboration with Pebble of
London, has yet again brought the perfect marriage
between each look, and its finishing touches.
Blaíthín Ennis brings her delicate lace work jewellery to the catwalk
again this season.

This was the Irish – American designer Paul Costelloe’s 38th year of catwalk shows for London Fashion Week. In 1983 Paul Costelloe was appointed as the personal designer to Diana, the Princess of  Wales; a collaboration that flourished until her untimely death. Now he is one of the most established names in British and Irish fashion.

Since the establishment of the fashion house under his own name, this family owned and run business has been a leader in the use of hand-crafted, luxurious fabrics combined with cutting edge design, innovation and creativity. Based at his design studio in the heart of London’s fashion district, Paul works with renowned technicians, suppliers and manufacturers to deliver collections of the highest quality, texture and comfort. These include his sampling unit in central London as well as working with a family owned manufacturing unit in the Ancona region of central Italy.

The Paul Costelloe name today encompasses a wide range of collections including womenswear, menswear, bags and accessories, homeware, jewellery, eyewear and children’s occasionwear. He has also developed a highly successful business in developing corporate wear concepts for major multi-nationals and sports teams including British Airways, Delta Airlines and the Irish Olympic Team.

Today, Paul continues to lead development of all his collections from his studio in central London.
